No, all cool rooms are delivered by Acoola Hire. Our trained staff will setup the cool room at your desired location (provided it is safe to do so). All cool rooms are run & tested before our staff leave site.
All cool rooms operate on 240volt / 10amp power supply. Acoola Hire will supply a 20m tested & tagged extension lead included in your standard hire. The customer will only need to provide a location within 20m of a 10amp power point.
Acoola cool rooms can be operated both outdoors & indoors (some ventilation required). Be sure to check the cool room demensions on this website before booking. Level, flat & solid ground would be the safest position to setup the cool room.
Acoola cool rooms are fitted with an external doorbell to alert others and is also fitted with an easily removable door pin (from inside) should anyone get locked in when nobody is around.
Acoola will provide a quality padlock & key for the customer to use to secure their stock / goods whilst hiring the cool room (an additional fee will be charged if the padlock and key are not returned with the cool room).
No, Acoola staff will locate the cool room at your nominated location. We will fit a drawbar lock and wheel clamp prior to leaving site. Should a relocation be required during a hire period our staff would be happy to complete this request (an additional fee will be charged for this service).
Acoola Hire will accept the following:
50% deposit at the time of booking.
Final payment to be made either prior to or on delivery of the cool room (before setup).
All our cool rooms have an internal light fitted. It will work automatically when power is applied the cool room.
Acoola pre-sets the operating temperature to 3°c. Another operating temperature can be set upon the customer’s request.
Generally, allow 1 hour for the cool room to be effective.
No, all goods & products are the responsibility of the customer. The customer should obtain their own insurance.
Yes, each cool room is cleaned and sanitized prior to every hire. However, it is the customers responsibility to remove all remaining stock & rubbish from the cool room before the pre-arranged pickup time (an additional fee will be charged for cool rooms not left in a clean and tidy manner).
